Hi. I’m Chef Noorun-Nisa, A Pastry Chef specialising in Bespoke Cakes and Desserts.
I’ve always loved arts and crafts and i incorporate my love of art and my passion for baking and creativity into my edible artworks.
I qualified at Capsicum Culinary Studio with Chef Helma Holloway and completed my practicals at Maximilien Restaurant at Da Vinci Hotel in Sandton, under the world renowned South African Prodigy Chef Sylvester Nair (check him out on eTV every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6am till 8am).
My dream is to work under a highly skilled and specialised mentor such as Albert Adria, Gianluca Fusto, Ferran Adrià, Xavi Donnay and to learn from and be inspired by the passion they put into their food, pastries, and cakes. I would loved to try molecular gastronomy with the World’s Top Chefs and share my love for cakes with everyone.
